Codeit Solution is looking for a motivated and organized Project Management Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience working with real software development teams and projects.
This is not an internship where you'll only observe. You'll work alongside our Project Managers, developers, and other team members, learn how software projects are delivered in practice, and gradually take ownership of project coordination activities.
You will support our Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle and gain practical experience with Agile project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of software projects
- Working with development teams to follow tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintaining Jira boards and project documentation
- Following project progress and helping identify blockers, dependencies, and potential delays
- Preparing meeting notes, project updates, reports, and presentations
- Supporting communication between developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders
- Learning how requirements move from idea and planning to development, testing, and delivery
- Gradually taking ownership of selected project coordination activities
We're looking for someone who is organized, responsible, communicative, and proactive, with a genuine interest in building a career in IT Project Management.
You should have:
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to follow multiple activities and priorities
- Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong advantage:
- Scrum Master certification
- Basic knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools
- Previous internship, university project, student organization, or other experience involving coordination and teamwork
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Interest in technology and the software industry
